Mode of Manufacture, Mode of Use and Components

Our policy of manufacturing aims at satisfying our customers in all aspects, so we do not have a specific mode of manufacturing equipments but we realize equipments through brainstorming, studies and analyses to suit the taste of each customer. Consequently we also do not have specific mode of use for the equipments since each conception is unique bounding us to provide User’s manual for all the equipments we build. The components used in the building of equipments are as a result our studies and analyses obtained before every realization. Our quality policy seeks to satisfy our customers with durable and sustainable equipments therefore we take at stake the components and materials that constitute each equipment that we realize. Nevertheless and most importantly the indispensable input for every equipment realization are the specifications from the customers though we can assist those who are novice in the domain to bring out one that will suit them.

Procedure of Realization and Prices

1. Procedure of Realization
• Meeting the customer who solicits an equipment(s)
• We talk with the customer to know exactly what he needs and what the equipment(s) solicited will be used for. We seek to know in detail product specifications locally produced so as to conceive equipments that will be in conformity to the manually produced product
• After our meeting we do brainstorming, studies and analyses to bring out technical specifications of the equipments, the materials and components we will use to realize durable and sustainable equipment(s).
• Presentation of the design and final technical specifications of the equipment to the customer. Then we amend in case of any disaccord and lastly we sign agreement for the execution of the equipment(s) realization.
• We start building the equipments.
2. Prices

We attribute prices of equipments according to the technical specifications of each equipment, the materials and components used.

Payment can be done in three (3) installments as follows;

• First installment: 60% of the price of the equipment(s) which is paid before conception and designing
• Second installment: 15% of the price of the equipment(s) which is paid at the end of the realization
• Third installment: 25% of the price of the equipments(s) paid when the equipment(s) is/are tested

The installation fee of the equipment(s) is/are done on mutual agreement with the customer.
